The Independent Broad-Based Anti-corruption Commission’s (IBAC's) website has more information about reporting corruption in the public sector, the Public Interest Disclosure Act 2012, the Public Interest Disclosure Regulations 2013 and IBAC guidelines.
The Commission and the Board recognise the value of transparency and accountability in their work and support the making of disclosures that reveal improper conduct.
