The Victorian Disability Worker Commission and the Disability Worker Registration Board of Victoria are proud to present their Annual Report 2025-26.
This report provides an update on the key achievements and milestones of the Commission and Board, and the continued work being done to build a safer, stronger disability sector in Victoria. It shows a:
16 per cent increase in enquiries to the Commission
82 per cent increase in investigations and
140 per cent increase in Prohibition Orders when the conduct of a disability worker poses a serious risk to the life, health, safety or welfare of a person or the health, safety or welfare of the public.
