The NDIA’s ‘Complex Support Needs Pathway’ can provide a higher level of specialised support for participants who have a diversity of challenges such as mental health issues, incarceration or homelessness. It’s estimated up to 15% of NDIS Participants require complex support. Knowing how to support access to the Complex Support Needs Pathway is essential for Support Coordinators, Service Providers and Team Leaders working with this group.
NDS invites frontline staff and managers to view a series of six webinars produced by Russell Kennedy Lawyers on Reliable Record Keeping.
