Students completing this course will also learn the importance of complying with legislative guidelines, working within job role boundaries and processes required to manage incidences that they may encounter as part of their role when administering medication.

Our Assisting Clients with Medication Training Course provides disability support workers with the essential knowledge and skills to understand some medicines and ways in which they can be taken. The program also includes general side effects of common medications and how to manage medication incidents.
