Creating a psychosocially safe and caring work environment is not only important for staff satisfaction, success, and retention, it is now a legislative requirement in Victoria.
This two (2) day (7 hours total) training will assist workers to identify symptoms of compassion fatigue, burnout, vicarious trauma, and secondary traumatic stress and to enable them to utilise tools and strategies to prevent and manage compassion fatigue, burnout, vicarious trauma and secondary traumatic stress.
