We thank all the stakeholders who attended our stakeholder reference group forum on Monday 26 August 2019 at The Marriott Hotel in Melbourne.
A full house heard from a range of speakers regarding the Disability Worker Regulation Scheme, Code of Conduct, and the NDIS Quality and Safeguards framework, and participated in workshops exploring the scheme in further detail.
Attending stakeholders were from a range of disability service providers, peak bodies, educational providers, unions, government agencies and other organisations, and gave us some very useful considerations for the implementation of the scheme and further ideas to explore.
