The Victorian Disability Worker Commission is raising awareness of our complaints service and encouraging anyone with a concern about a disability worker’s behaviour or quality of their work to contact us.
The Commission can deal with complaints about any disability worker in Victoria. Our complaints service is independent, impartial and free, and offers a safe environment in which to make a complaint.
If you are unsure whether you wish to make a complaint, we encourage you to contact us and our friendly team can assist you with your concern.
