Code of Conduct Webinars 

Sign up for our free Disability Service Safeguards Code of Conduct webinars – open to all disability workers in Victoria. 

The Disability Service Safeguards Code of Conduct sets out how all disability workers must provide safe, quality services to people with disability — no matter how your role is funded. 

All disability workers must comply with the Code of Conduct. 

Our new webinar series covers the remaining topics of the Code of Conduct. Register once to get access to all four webinars. 

Learn how to confidently apply the Code in your everyday work and meet your legal requirements as a disability worker. 

Webinar dates 

  • 18 November, 10am - Element 1: Act with respect for individual rights to freedom of expression, self-determination, and decision-making in accordance with applicable laws and conventions 
  • 23 February, 10am - Element 2: Respect the privacy of people with disability 
  • 28 April, 10am - Element 4: Act with integrity, honesty, and transparency 
  • 25 May, 10am - Element 7: Take all reasonable steps to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct
